01 Technical strength: As one of the earliest special ceramics factories established in Xinhua County, Hunan Province, known as the hometown of electronic ceramics in China, Fumeilai has accumulated valuable formula experience, technical capabilities, and a fine tradition of striving for excellence.; In 2018, our company partnered with the Ceramic Research Institute of Hunan University to establish Changsha Fumeilai R&D Company, which has dozens of PhDs in ceramic materials and ceramic engineers.; After more than 20 years of continuous research and development and market accumulation, Fumeilai has formed its own technological advantages.

02 Production Scale: Formily factory has a workshop of 20,000 square meters, 300 sets of ceramic-specific production equipment, 3 tunnel kilns, 2 natural gas kiln sintering lines, 12 electric furnaces of various types, and a 300,000-level cleanroom.; It can produce various ceramic products such as alumina and zirconium oxide, with a production capacity of no less than 100 tons per year.

03 Quality Control: Precision control: The company has complete R&D, production and inspection equipment, and various high-precision grinding machines. The product tolerance range can be 1um (i.e. 0.001 millimeters); the surface roughness value can reach Ra 0.01, the flatness can reach 0.6um, and all the performance of the products can meet domestic and international standards.; Quality Control: The company owns over 50 sets of various testing equipment and has successively passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14000 environmental management system certification, IATF16949 quality management system certification for the automotive industry, and VDA6.3 certification for the German automotive industry, strictly controlling product quality. It has an independent, separate laboratory and has established a comprehensive 6S management system from powder to finished product, along with a rigorous product quality self-inspection system.
